Bu kapsamda evcil hayvan sahipleri kedi ve k\u00f6peklerini kimliklendirmeli ve ilgili sisteme entegre etmelidir.<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>26 \u015eubat 2018 tarihinde y\u00fcr\u00fcrl\u00fc\u011fe giren y\u00f6netmeli\u011fin <em>Ge\u00e7ici 1<\/em> Maddesi h\u00fckm\u00fc ile evcil k\u00f6pekler i\u00e7in 01.01.2021 tarihinden, evcil kediler ve gelincikler i\u00e7in ise 01.01.2022 tarihinden itibaren en ge\u00e7 1 y\u0131l i\u00e7inde evcil hayvanlar\u0131n kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nmas\u0131 gerekmektedir. Nitekim evcil hayvanlar\u0131n PETVET sistemine kay\u0131tland\u0131r\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in son tarih 31.12.2022\u2019dir. Hayvan sahipleri, kay\u0131tland\u0131rma i\u015flemlerini il ve il\u00e7e tar\u0131m m\u00fcd\u00fcrl\u00fckleri ile veterinerler taraf\u0131ndan yap\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. Pek tabi kay\u0131t alt\u0131na al\u0131nmayan evcil hayvanlar i\u00e7in yapt\u0131r\u0131m da ilgili mevzuatta d\u00fczenlenmi\u015ftir. Buna g\u00f6re 5996 say\u0131l\u0131 Kanun md. 36\u2019ya g\u00f6re evcil hayvanlar\u0131n\u0131 PETVET sistemine kay\u0131t ettirmeyen hayvan sahiplerine idari para cezas\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fclmektedir.
