Hamza Kurtulmuşlar

Hamza Kurtulmuşlar was born in Bursa in 2003 and completed his primary and secondary education there. From his high school years onward, he improved his English language proficiency and organizational skills through his participation in Model United Nations programs. During the pandemic period, he took part in various activities as a civil society volunteer; additionally, he gained academic research experience by publishing a paper at a symposium. As a result of his success in the university entrance examination he took in 2021, he began his studies at the Faculty of Law of Fatih Sultan Mehmet Vakıf University.

Throughout his university education, he undertook active roles within political circles, civil society organizations, and student communities in Istanbul, gaining experience in diverse fields. Between 2022 and 2023, he continued his education at the international level by participating in the Erasmus program at the University of Cagliari in Italy. During this period, he had the opportunity to examine the Italian legal system and to become closely acquainted with Europe.

After completing his university education in 2025, he moved to Ankara with the aim of practicing the legal profession. He is currently continuing his compulsory legal internship at Protokol Law & Consultancy Office, where he is developing his competencies regarding the institutional structure of the profession and practical legal application.

Hamza Kurtulmuşlar has a high level of proficiency in English and an intermediate level of proficiency in Arabic, Russian, and Italian.
