Born in 2000 in Ankara, Atahan ŞAFAK completed his primary and secondary education in Ankara. In 2019, he began his studies at Başkent University Faculty of Law and graduated in June 2023. During his university years, he was a board member of the Başkent University Ombudsman Society and completed an internship at the Constitutional Court to enhance his expertise in constitutional law. 

As of January 2024, Atahan ŞAFAK has embarked on his legal career as a lawyer at Protokol Hukuk & Danışmanlık. He specializes in Real Estate Law, Insurance Law, and Energy Law, providing legal consultancy and litigation support to his clients. 

In real estate law, he handles title deed transactions, lease law, and expropriation cases. In insurance law, he deals with disputes arising from insurance policies and insurance compensation claims. In energy law, he manages the legal processes of energy projects, advising on licensing and regulatory affairs. He also offers professional services in contract law, commercial law consultancy, legal research, and litigation strategies to his clients. 

A member of the Ankara Bar Association, Atahan ŞAFAK is proficient in advanced English.
