Elif Önemlibıçak was born in Sivas, where she completed her primary and secondary education. Following her interest in law, which captivated her attention since high school, she pursued this passion by enrolling in the Faculty of Law at Kırıkkale University in 2017. Through her efforts and determination, she successfully graduated in 2021.

After completing her university education, Önemlibıçak moved to Ankara to start her legal internship, aiming to advance her dream career in law on both a local and global scale. During her legal internship at Protokol Legal & Consultancy, she had the opportunity to develop her skills by acquiring significant capabilities concerning both the corporate structure and practical aspects of the legal profession.

Upon completing her internship, she began her professional career in the litigation department of Protokol Legal & Consultancy. Her diligent efforts and superior communication skills with the office’s stakeholders led her to first take on the role of COO and then become the Client Relations Manager. As a vital part of the litigation department, Önemlibıçak has achieved success in numerous disputes in the fields of inheritance, children and family, and labour law.
