Evra Doğan, born in 2000 in Diyarbakır, completed her primary, middle, and high school education in Diyarbakır. After graduating from high school with first place, she began her law studies at TOBB University of Economics and Technology in 2018, aiming to pursue her childhood dream of becoming a lawyer. While continuing her studies, she actively participated in various organizations within TOBB University of Economics and Technology and completed internships at several law firms to further her development.

In 2024, she joined Protokol Law & Consultancy as a trainee lawyer to advance in her legal career. She speaks intermediate level of English and a beginner level German.
