Meltem GÖNCÜOĞLU, who was born in Şanlıurfa in 1997, completed her primary and secondary education in Mersin. She successfully completed her law education, which she started at TOBB University of Economics and Technology, Faculty of Law, in 2022. She also knows advanced level English and beginner level French.

She is an active member of Söğütözü Law Association and participated in various commission studies. During her university years, she interned at Republic of Türkiye Court of Cassation and law offices. In 2022, She started her career at the Protokol Law & Consultancy in order to advance in her legal profession.
