Bu d\u00fczenleme t\u00fcm ger\u00e7ek ve t\u00fczel ki\u015filerin gerek bireysel, gerekse ticari ilanlar\u0131n\u0131 kapsamaktad\u0131r.<\/p><p>\ud83d\udccc \u0130kinci el motorlu kara ta\u015f\u0131t\u0131 sat\u0131\u015f\u0131na y\u00f6nelik y\u00f6netmeli\u011fe ayk\u0131r\u0131 olarak ilan giri\u015fi yapan t\u00fcm ger\u00e7ek ve t\u00fczel ki\u015filer \u201cilan platformlar\u0131\u201d taraf\u0131ndan uyar\u0131lacakt\u0131r. Bu d\u00fczenlemeye ayk\u0131r\u0131 her bir ilan, Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131nca ikinci el motorlu kara ta\u015f\u0131t\u0131 ticareti kabul edilecek ve bu ilanlar\u0131 verenler hakk\u0131nda ilan ba\u015f\u0131na <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>300 bin TL\u2019ye kadar idari para cezas\u0131 uygulanacak.<\/strong><\/span><\/p><p>\ud83d\udccc Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131, ikinci el motorlu kara ta\u015f\u0131tlar\u0131n\u0131n s\u0131n\u0131f\u0131n\u0131, markas\u0131n\u0131, tipini, cinsini, model y\u0131l\u0131n\u0131 ve aksesuar ve\/veya donan\u0131m eklenmesi halinde, \u00fcretici veya distrib\u00fct\u00f6r taraf\u0131ndan tavsiye edilen g\u00fcncel sat\u0131\u015f fiyat\u0131n\u0131n \u00fczerine eklenebilecek azami tutar ve\/veya oran\u0131 belirlemeye yetkilidir.<\/p><p>\ud83d\udccc Bir di\u011fer husus ise, Ticaret Bakanl\u0131\u011f\u0131 taraf\u0131ndan ge\u00e7ti\u011fimiz g\u00fcnlerde, 6 ay s\u00fcreyle (1.1.2024 tarihine kadar) uzat\u0131lmas\u0131na karar verilen \u201c6 ay-6 bin kilometre pazarlama ve sat\u0131\u015f k\u0131s\u0131tlamas\u0131na\u201d ayk\u0131r\u0131l\u0131k te\u015fkil eden sat\u0131\u015flara k\u0131s\u0131tlama getirilmesidir.
