Yap\u0131lan de\u011fi\u015fiklikler k\u0131saca a\u015fa\u011f\u0131daki gibidir:<\/p>\n<!-- \/wp:paragraph -->\n\n<!-- wp:paragraph -->\n<p>\u27a4 T\u00fcketiciye teslimi yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015f olan cep telefonu, ak\u0131ll\u0131 saat, tablet ve bilgisayarlara ili\u015fkin s\u00f6zle\u015fmeler, Karayollar\u0131 Trafik Kanununa g\u00f6re tescili zorunlu olan ta\u015f\u0131n\u0131rlar, canl\u0131 m\u00fczayede \u015feklinde a\u00e7\u0131k art\u0131rma yoluyla akdedilen s\u00f6zle\u015fmeler, tan\u0131tma ve kullanma k\u0131lavuzunda sat\u0131c\u0131 veya yetkili servis taraf\u0131ndan kurulum veya montaj\u0131n\u0131n yap\u0131laca\u011f\u0131 belirtilen mallardan kurulum ya da montaj\u0131 yap\u0131lanlara ili\u015fkin s\u00f6zle\u015fmeler mesafeli s\u00f6zle\u015fmeler arac\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131 ile ger\u00e7ekle\u015ftirilmesi durumunda, t\u00fcketiciler gerek\u00e7e g\u00f6stermeden ve cezai \u015fart \u00f6demeksizin cayma hakk\u0131 kullanamayacaklard\u0131r.<br \/>\u27a4 Mesafeli s\u00f6zle\u015fmelerde t\u00fcketici, \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc iade etmek istedi\u011finde \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fc sat\u0131c\u0131ya g\u00f6nderme s\u00fcresi, cayma bildiriminin yap\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 tarihten itibaren 14 g\u00fcnd\u00fcr. T\u00fcketici, cayma hakk\u0131n\u0131 kullanacak ise ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan iade masraflar\u0131n\u0131n mesafeli s\u00f6zle\u015fmede kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 imk\u00e2n\u0131 getirildi. \u0130ade ve cayma konular\u0131nda t\u00fcketicinin \u00f6nceden tam ve do\u011fru \u015fekilde bilgilendirilmesi gerekecek.<br \/>\u27a4 Sipari\u015f konusu mal ya da hizmetin yerine getirilmesinin imk\u00e2ns\u0131zla\u015ft\u0131\u011f\u0131 hallerde sat\u0131c\u0131, 3 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde t\u00fcketiciye yaz\u0131l\u0131 olarak bildirim yapacak. Teslimat masraflar\u0131 da d\u00e2hil olmak \u00fczere tahsil edilen t\u00fcm \u00f6demeler, bildirim tarihinden itibaren en ge\u00e7 14 g\u00fcn i\u00e7erisinde iade edilecek.<br \/>\u27a4 T\u00fcketici, \u00f6n bilgilendirmede kararla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 kayd\u0131 ile ve sat\u0131c\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6ng\u00f6rd\u00fc\u011f\u00fc ta\u015f\u0131y\u0131c\u0131 ile iadesinde tutar\u0131na yer verilmesi durumunda teslimat masraflar\u0131n\u0131 ge\u00e7memek \u00fczere iade masraf\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lamak ile y\u00fck\u00fcml\u00fc olacak.
